by Jennifer Lopez demonstrated how to get her characteristic ‘Bronx goddess glow’ with a new makeup-free skincare instruction on Instagram on Sunday.
The 53-year-old actress, who previously praised Ben Affleck’s parenting abilities, utilized her own JLO Beauty product line in the video, which she shared to the brand’s Instagram account.
‘Throwing it back with that Bronx Goddess Glow Skin prep with @JLoBeauty and then I tie it all together with a little lip gloss and my iconic hoops,’ Lopez captioned the photo.
The Let’s Get Loud hitmaker began with a new face of beautiful skin, wrapped in a luxury monogramed bathrobe.
‘A lot of you have asked what my trademark, fast, five-minute go-to look is, and it’s called the Bronx goddess glow, and it’s four simple steps,’ she says.
The singer started by applying her JLO Beauty serum and added that her ‘Bronx goddess glow’ is ideal for a night out with her pals.
‘This is for when you need to do something fast for a fun girl’s night out, you don’t want to be too fussy, you’re not trying to impress anybody, you’re just trying to look your best,’ she says.
Jennifer next used her ‘blockbuster’ moisturizer, followed by eye cream on her lower lids, chin, and frown lines.
A smidgeon of Lopez’s ‘complexion booster’ was applied to her contour regions, and a dab of ‘pink champagne’ face highlighter provided a touch of radiance.
The megastar rounded off her dewy look with lipgloss, saying, ‘A little lipgloss never harmed anyone.’
Mascara defined her beautiful lashes, and Jennifer’s adored hoop earrings completed the look.
‘This is not optional,’ she said as she adorned her ears with a pair of massive hoops. ‘Bronx beauty… you must have your hoops,’ she says.
Smoothing down the baby hairs on the edge of her hairline, the Hustlers actress said, ‘If you really want take it to the next level, just lay those baby hairs down just a little bit.’
Jennifer demonstrated several of her beauty tricks, like as using $8 KISS false eyelashes from a drugstore, in another makeup-free lesson released earlier this week.
Before preparing her skin for the Met Gala, the singer spoke about the need of hydration.
She also said in the video that she never sunbathes and instead uses a lot of artificial tanning lotion and bronzer.
Jennifer’s Met Gala ensemble lacked the big accessory of her husband Ben Affleck, who was in Los Angeles for “work commitments he couldn’t get out of.”
