Observations cles de notre recherche sur le paysage mondial des nomades numeriques.
1. Expansion rapide
De ~30 programmes en 2021 a 66+ en 2026. Le Sri Lanka (fev. 2026) est le dernier ajout.
2. Seuils de revenus en hausse
Portugal, Espagne et Croatie ont augmente en 2025-2026. L'Espagne demande desormais EUR 2 849/mois. L'Afrique du Sud a reduit son seuil a $37K/an.
3. Renforcement fiscal
Thailande, Indonesie et Georgie renforcent les regles fiscales. L'obligation de permis de travail en Georgie (mars 2026) cree de l'incertitude. Le visa freelance allemand exige des clients allemands.
4. Standardisation UE
Les pays de l'UE alignent de plus en plus les cadres DN. Slovenie, Bulgarie, Italie et Republique tcheque offrent des structures similaires. Le visa freelance tcheque Zivno coute seulement CZK 1 000 (~42$).
5. L'Asie rattrape
Japon, Coree, Taiwan, Philippines, Sri Lanka et Nepal ont lance des programmes 2024-2026. Le Sri Lanka (fev. 2026) ajoute une option asiatique abordable.
6. Barrieres les plus basses
Uruguay ($11, sans minimum), Maurice (gratuit, $1 500/mois), Colombie ($52, $1 100/mois), Argentine (~$200, sans minimum officiel) et Moldavie (EUR 40-80, $1 500/mois) sont les plus accessibles.
